Camelot East

 

Overview

Camelot East is a 55+ retirement community of 434 manufactured home sites located in beautiful Sarasota with its big city opportunities and some of the finest beaches in the world. The community boasts a large heated pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, horeshoe pits and, yes, a bocci ball court - all lighted for enjoyment in the cooler evening hours. Members can be found in the spacious clubhouse at all hours of the day for cards, pool, or one of the many and varied club activities. The clubhouse features an auditorium and full kitchen which holds 400 people for shows, dances and other major events. If there isn't anything happening at Camelot East -- which is rare -- residents can take advantage of priveleges at Camelot Lakes, a sister park just five minutes away. There are pet friendly lots and storage for your RV and boat.

This is a gated community with controlled access and 24-hour security. You will like the tree lined streeets and manicured lawns and common areas which give the community the feel and look of a small town. Major shopping is only minutes away and there is easy access to I-75, the major north-south route on the west coast of Florida.

Camelot East is located on the north side of Clark Rd., just east of I-75. One could take I-75 non-stop to the upper peninsula of Michigan, but why would one want to leave everything that Camelot East offers. Leave that snow shovel and lawn mower behind and make you home in Camelot East.
