Overview

With freshwater ponds and majestic oak trees, Indian Oaks offers a beautiful country setting yet within five miles of transportation, shopping, Florida's east coast beaches and world famous attraction and entertainment venues.

I-95 is just a few blocks away, both Orlando and Melbourne International airports are within a 45 mile drive and Port Canaveral is less than 20 miles away. Fitness Center Our fitness center has a rowing machine, treadmill, stair climber, stationary bikes etc.

Pools/Spas A large outdoor heated pool with pool deck area, umbrella tables, chairs and chaise lounges is open every day of the year.

Indoor Activities There are Luncheons, bingo, card parties, covered dish events, holiday dinners, arts & crafts, community yard sales, fall festivals, resident informational meetings and many other weekly, monthly or annual social events.

Outdoor Activities Horse shoe pits, shuffleboard courts, outdoor heated pool, two fish filled ponds and several park-like areas with benches or a Gazebo.

RV Storage We offer FREE, outdoor, fenced storage for residents RV"s Boats on trailers, 5th wheels and campers in the community on a space available basis.

Public Transit $1.00 door to door round trip transportation is available thru the municipal transit authority for medical, shopping and pharmacy visits

Nearby Attractions Cape Kennedy Space center, cocoa Beach and other Atlantic beaches, Port Canaveral Cruise Port and Historic Cocoa village are within 15 miles. The world famous Orlando area attractions, Disney World, Universal Studios theme parks, and Sea World are within 45 miles.

55+ (Age Restricted) Indian Oaks is an "Age Qualified" community. This means at least 80% of the homes must be occupied by residents age 55 or older. We can accept residents as young as age 40 subject to availability. Overnight visitors, including children, are welcome for up to 30 days per year.
