Quail Hollow MHP

 

Overview

Quail Hollow is a 55+ manufactured home retirement community with 241 homes. You will find us 15 miles south of Daytona Beach on US1, 60 miles east of Orlando International Airport and approximately six miles from the Atlantic Ocean beaches. Many activities are offered at Quail Hollow and one can be as busy here as they choose to be. There is a heated pool, shuffleboard and horseshoe courts.

Centrally located, you will find many options for your active lifestyle. Within three miles there are restaurants, hospitals, doctors, places of worship, fishing, shopping, golf, and banks.

Current lot fees are $385.80 a month. This includes water, sewer, and trash pickup three times weekly. Use of the community clubhouse and all its amenities is also included.

You can move in with your beloved pet. One per household is permitted. They should be registered at the office and must be only 25 pounds at maturity.
