River Bay is a beautiful All-Age waterfront Community located a short drive from Crosstown Expressway with easy access between downtown Tampa and Brandon, Florida. We offer a clubhouse, pool and playground all along the river and a boat ramp into the Palm River with access out to Tampa Bay. Additionally, we can provide simple financing programs with low down payments and great rates on new and used remodeled homes and now also have rentals available.
