Florida State Fair Begins February 7th
Tour the newest generation of factory-built homes!

The Florida Manufactured Housing Association invites you to visit our model home exhibit at Gate Three.

Tour the newest generation of factory-built homes.  Advanced engineering brings a new dimension of style and superior construction - adding neighborhood value and a way for ALL Floridians to own a home.

Homes will be displayed for an anticipated crowd of more than 500,000 at the Florida State Fair in Tampa.  Nine manufacturers will be represented and 11 beautifully decorated homes will be on display. Last year, over 100,000 folks toured the homes and we are anticipating even bigger crowds this year.

The retailers participating in this year’s Florida State Fair are: Stewart Homes, AAA Homes, Park Place Housing, Karsten Gallery of Homes, LSC Homes - Paradise Village, American Family Housing and Clayton Homes. 

On display for all to visit are homes built by TownHomes, Skyline, Destiny, Fleetwood, Clayton Homes, Homes of Merit - Bartow, Homes of Merit - Lake City, Palm Harbor and ScotBilt.
